Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif’s Visit to China
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited Anzhen Hospital in Beijing, China.
During the visit, the Prime Minister inspected the facilities available at the hospital.
The Prime Minister praised the hospital administration for its efficient system, modern technology, and excellent services.
The Prime Minister directed Interior Minister Mohsin Raza Naqvi to establish simple, strong, and sustainable infrastructure in the under-construction projects in Islamabad, particularly in the Jinnah Medical Complex and other hospitals, following the model of Anzhen Hospital.
The Prime Minister emphasized that priority should be given to providing quality facilities in under-construction hospitals in Pakistan on the pattern of Chinese hospitals.
During the visit, the Prime Minister was briefed about the facilities available at Anzhen Hospital.
He was also shown the healthcare facilities available in the hospital, including robots and other modern technologies used for effective hospital management.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Federal Minister for Planning and Development Dr. Ahsan Iqbal, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and senior officials accompanied the Prime Minister during the visit.
