The underpass at F-8 Exchange Chowk Interchange will be opened to traffic on December 25th, announced Mohsin Naqvi. Minister Naqvi praised the contractor and Islamabad administration for completing the underpass in just 43 days. The full inauguration of the F-8 Exchange Chowk Interchange will take place in the second week of February, according to Mohsin Naqvi. The Serena Chowk Interchange will be inaugurated in the first week of January, which will be completed in only 60 days, Naqvi said. Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi reviewed the progress of construction work on both mega projects. The Interior Minister observed the construction of underpasses and flyovers on both projects. Minister Naqvi directed that both projects must be completed within the stipulated time frame. He instructed that work on both projects should continue 24 hours a day. Minister Naqvi met with the workers on-site for both projects. He praised the workers and encouraged them. The Interior Minister urged all workers, contractors, and CDA staff to continue working with the same enthusiasm and dedication. The goal is to provide the citizens of Islamabad with world-class facilities, said Minister Naqvi. The completion of these projects will significantly improve traffic flow in Islamabad, he added. CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa briefed the Minister about the progress of both projects.
