Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi inaugurated the new *Passport Office* at NADRA Mega Center Nazimabad. The **passport office will operate in three shifts, 24/7**, allowing citizens to obtain passports **round the clock**. Minister Mohsin Naqvi inspected the *passport issuance counters* and interacted with the staff. He also met with citizens at the NADRA Mega Center who were there to apply for identity cards and passports, inquiring about the process. *Citizens expressed satisfaction* with the excellent facilities and thanked Minister Mohsin Naqvi. “This is an amazing facility. You have made things much easier for us,” citizens told the Interior Minister. Mohsin Naqvi also listened to the concerns of women undergoing biometric verification under the *Benazir Income Support Program* and immediately directed the relevant authorities to resolve their issues. Senior women expressed gratitude to Minister Mohsin Naqvi for his prompt action in addressing their problems. *”Solving your issues is our responsibility,”* said Mohsin Naqvi. The Federal Interior Minister was also briefed on the *operations of the passport office* at the NADRA Center. Director General of Passports, **Mustafa Jamal Qazi**, along with senior officials, was also present on the occasion.
